Booking Policy:
50% deposit at the time of booking and balance 50% at the time of check-in

Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled more than 7 days prior to check-in: Full refund
If cancelled less than 7 days prior to check-in or in case of no show: Full retention

- No cancellations/amendments will be entertained for bookings from 22 December to 2 January
- Refund process could take between 03-30 working days to process, depending on the mode of payment, the bank and country to which the transfer has to be made
- Refund if any, will be made after deducting any and all bank/credit card charges/fees
