Booking Policy:
50% deposit at the time of booking and balance 50% at the time of check-in
All Major credit cards accepted at the resort
A security deposit of INR 5000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled more than 30 days prior to check-in: Full refund
If cancelled 15-30 days prior to check-in: 50% retention (of the total billing amount)
If cancelled less than 15 days prior to check-in or in case of no show: Full retention

- No cancellations/amendments will be entertained for bookings from 22 December to 6 January
- Refund process could take between 03-30 working days to process, depending on the mode of payment, the bank and country to which the transfer has to be made
- Refund if any, will be made after deducting any and all bank/credit card charges/fees
