Booking Policy:
50% deposit at the time of booking and balance 50% at the time of check-in
All Bachelor Parties & Large groups over 10 people are required to pay a refundable damage deposit of Rs 10,000 in cash on arrival. - conditions below apply. For all other parties, a damage deposit of Rs 2000 in cash will be payable on arrival. This will be returned in full upon departure as long as no damage, breakages or loss of keys have occurred. Should any damage occur you should report this to us as soon as possible. Should there be any damage or loss this will be deducted from your damage deposit. If damage or loss caused exceeds Rs 2000 you will be required to pay the full cost of the damage or loss.

Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled more than 56 days prior to check-in: Full refund
If cancelled 36 days prior to check-in: 50% retention (of the total billing amount)
If cancelled less than 35 days prior to check-in or in case of no show: Full retention

- No cancellations/amendments will be entertained for bookings from 22 December to 2 January.
- Refund process could take between 03-30 working days to process, depending on the mode of payment, the bank and country to which the transfer has to be made
- Refund if any will be made after deducting any and all bank/credit card charges/fees
